Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Meta Ads Agency, Facebook and Instagram Advertising

Managed campaigns for businesses across Gujarat and India, built around enquiries rather than reach.

Ads That Bring Enquiries, Not Just Reach

Boosting a post from the app is not the same as running a campaign, even though Facebook makes the boost button easy to find. A real campaign sets an objective, builds an audience from more than "people who like this page," and tests more than one image or headline against another before spending real money on the loser. The bigger issue we see, though, isn't the ad itself — it's where the click lands. Plenty of budget gets spent sending interested people to a homepage that was never built to capture an enquiry, so the click is paid for and then wasted. Getting the landing page right matters as much as the targeting, which is why the website design and the ad campaign often need to be planned together, not handed to two different suppliers.

What We Run

Four kinds of campaign cover most of what a Gujarat SMB actually needs from Meta.

Lead Generation Campaigns

Instant forms that capture enquiries inside Facebook or Instagram, with qualifying questions to filter out time-wasters.

Product and Catalogue Ads

For online stores — product feeds, dynamic retargeting, and campaigns built around purchases rather than clicks.

Local Awareness Campaigns

Geo-targeted reach for businesses serving a specific city or district, rather than paying for a national audience.

Retargeting

Reaching people who visited the website, watched a video, or engaged with the page but did not enquire.

Product and catalogue campaigns work best paired with a store built to run them — see our ecommerce website development work if that store doesn't exist yet.

What We Actually Do

The scope on every project looks roughly like this:

  • Account and pixel setup, including Conversions API where needed
  • Audience research and targeting
  • Ad creative — copy and design
  • Campaign structure and budget allocation
  • Creative testing across image, video and carousel formats
  • Monthly reporting on spend, cost per lead, and results

What It Costs

Ad spend and management are two separate things. The ad spend itself is paid directly to Meta and funds the actual reach and clicks; management is what we charge, billed monthly, for running the account. For most Gujarat SMBs, a realistic starting ad budget is a few thousand rupees a month — below that, the platform often doesn't get enough data to learn who to show your ads to, regardless of how good the creative is. We don't publish a flat management fee because the work involved in running one campaign for one product is different from running catalogue ads across a full product range. We'll quote a fixed management fee once we understand your objective, audience, and market.

How We Work

1. Understand the Objective, Audience and Budget

We start by finding out what you're trying to achieve, who you're trying to reach, and what you can realistically spend.

2. Set Up Tracking and Build the Campaign Structure

We install the pixel and Conversions API, then structure campaigns around the objective rather than one generic ad set.

3. Launch, Test Creatives, and Optimise

We launch with multiple creatives running against each other and shift budget toward whichever ones actually perform.

4. Report Monthly on Spend, Leads and Cost Per Lead

You get a monthly report showing what was spent, how many leads came in, and what each one cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

There's no fixed number, but for most Gujarat SMBs a realistic starting budget is a few thousand rupees a month, on top of our management fee. Spending less than that usually means the platform doesn't get enough data to learn efficiently, whatever the creative looks like. We'll suggest a starting budget based on your objective and market once we understand both.
